We are specialists in the manufacture of high-quality turned and milled parts for pressure vessel construction. Alongside standard steel, we machine a very wide range of stainless steels, special alloys and NF metals. The aim behind our manufacturing operations is to provide cost-effective turnkey machining.

 

BOLENZ & SCHÄFER carries pressure vessel manufacturing certification to AD 2000 HP0 and is in possession of a re-marking agreement. It goes without saying that our quality assurance system is to DIN EN ISO 9001. You can find further certifications in the download area.

 

An extensive stock of shaft materials up to diameter 380, as well as cylinder tubes for pressure device construction make short lead times possible in component production.
